Mexico Cafe Delas--La Concordia

Cafe Delas sources green coffees from women-owned farms and mills. It is an initiative to empower women producers and decision-makers by offering them direct compensation, education, and resources.

This coffee comes from 40 women producers in the Villa Corzo area (southeast Mexico, near the border of Guatemala).

La Concordia has gained a reputation for producing great coffee due to the climate, soil and biodiversity of the region. Additionally, La Concordia yields smaller harvests which allows producers to pay close attention to detail, and you can taste it in the cup. Coffee plants are often referred to as Oro Verde, “Green Gold” and we hope that rings true for the women who brought us this delightful coffee.

A medium roast, this coffee has sweet acidity reminiscent of limeade, with notes of peach, raspberry, chocolate and toffee. It’s easy drinking; we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
