The Mountain Water Process of decaffeinating coffee is free of chemicals and solvents. This method involves soaking the coffee while it is still green, then filtering out the caffeine molecules. We have found this method to be the most successful in maintaining the integrity of the coffee during the decaffeination process. You might have to cut the caffeine, but you can still treat yourself!
